Elise is an accomplished corporate and office administrator, bringing years of experience in various office administration and business management roles.

Joining the Lex team in February 2021, Elise's personality shines through her enthusiasm, helpfulness, and friendliness in her daily interactions with both clients and colleagues.

With over 19 years of tenure in the corporate services industry, Donella Fulford possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Her expertise lies in company formation and administration, where she has successfully overseen the incorporation and management of numerous businesses throughout her career.

Chynna joined the Lex team in 2019 as an Office Assistant and Receptionist. As an aspiring artist, her ambitions have led her to pursue studies at a university in the United Kingdom. Chynna's excellent work ethic and delightful personality ensure she always has a place in our office whenever she is in the TCI on study breaks.

Arnelle Taylor was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2018 by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was admitted as an attorney in the Turks and Caicos Islands in 2019. Arnelle read Law at the University of Sussex where she obtained her LLB Bachelor of Law (Honours) and later obtained her Master of Laws with Distinction from BPP University with a focus on anti-money laundering and terrorist financing.

Arnelle’s previous representative work included acting as retained counsel for commercial banks leading foreclosure and recovery proceedings, working with clients on residential subdivision developments and a range of property transactions. Probate and estate administration form a small part of her practice, which includes drafting wills and applying for probate and letters of administration.

Neale qualified in England as a Solicitor in 1996. He was called to the Bar of the Turks and Caicos Islands in 2007 and is a member of good standing of both the English Law Society and the Bar of the Turks and Caicos Islands. His 23 years of work experience as a lawyer spans a plethora of areas including commercial litigation, insolvency litigation and commercial/corporate matters.

Neale is regularly instructed by commercial lenders and financial institutions in the TCI as well as a large number of TCI resorts and commercial enterprises. Neale holds a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and has advised clients on multi-jurisdictional and international trust litigation.

He has worked with Lex Corporate Services since 2010 and is a Director.
